Help
What is a "Where are you?" link?
The fastest way to find each other. You share a link — recipients reply with a name and location right in their browser, no app or account needed. You'll all see each other on a map right away.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Raduno needs no account — your nickname is only stored on your own device.
How long is my location kept?
Locations from a "Where are you?" link are automatically deleted once the link expires. We never keep your location longer than necessary.
Why does my location stop updating when I close the app on iPhone?
That's a Safari/iOS limitation — browsers can't share your location when the app isn't open in the foreground. Keep Raduno open while you're on the move.
What's the difference between a Session and a Trip?
A Session is time-limited live location sharing, for example while you're travelling somewhere together. A Trip is the broader social frame spanning days or weeks — you can be part of several trips at once.
What does Raduno store about me?
Just your nickname and a device code, stored locally in your browser. Any locations you share are deleted automatically once the session or ping expires.
